Y8 and Y9 Routine Vaccinations

Good afternoon

The school aged immunisation service will be visiting school over the next few months to administer routine vaccinations to Y8 and Y9 students.  

Please note, if the school aged immunisation service still have a consent form for your child from these year groups, they will check if they are still outstanding and continue to follow them up and attempt vaccination until they leave school. 

It is parents/carers responsibility to notify the school aged immunisation team if you do not want your child vaccinating or if there have been any changes.
